In a study of U.S. midmarket customers that have implemented HP wireless networking solutions, IDC determined that these solutions provided economic benefits spread across the following key areas: IT staff productivity, infrastructure cost reduction, business productivity in terms of both increased revenue and operational cost reductions, and improved end-user productivity. IDC estimated that the organizations' ROI was 567%, with a payback period of 7.7 months."
